I had an excellent experience with Van Amstel Diamond. Everything worked out perfectly from start to finish. Tim is a true professional — patient, attentive to every detail, and great at communication. He kept me updated at every step of the process: from choosing my own stone and ring setting to virtual design and to the final product. He even showed me detailed videos of the stone, the certification, and finally a video of the finished ring. The whole process went very smoothly, and the result is absolutely stunning. I couldn’t be happier — I highly recommend Tim and Van Amstel Diamond!

I would like to share my excellent experience with this jewelry store. From the very beginning, the communication was clear, professional, and very helpful. Tim was extremely kind, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and easy.

I would also like to mention the goldsmith, whose craftsmanship was truly impressive. The quality of the work and the attention to detail on the ring are outstanding, and it is clear that great care and expertise went into creating it.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The ring is beautiful and exactly as described. I truly appreciate the professionalism, the clear communication from Tim, and the excellent work of the goldsmith. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality, trust, and a great customer experience.

I had an outstanding experience with Van Am diamond.

Excellent experience from start to finish.
The team was very responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. They sourced exactly the diamond I was looking for, provided all the necessary information, and handled everything smoothly, including international shipping.

Highly recommended!

My Wife and I designed our engagement & wedding rings with Van Amstel Diamond & (with Tim & Frank). We were able to visit Frank in his atelier where he was delighted to share his knowledge with us.
The process was very smooth, we came in with some ideas, which Frank was then able to render in 3D before we had to commit to anything, he helped us pick the diamond while being very transparent about all the costs which really made us feel comfortable. Once we got the rings we were super impressed with the craftmanship and quality of the end result, they were stunning!!
We've received tons of compliments from our friends and family. Amazing experience working with Frank & Van Amstel
